It can be hard to find a good deal on a hotel room in Tokyo. The Peninsula Tokyo is changing that with it's Winter Escapes package deal that is available until April 30th, 2010. The deal offers special rooms rates that start at JPY 49,000 per night.

The deal also includes a choice of three value-added benefits:

  • a room upgrade to the next available room category
  • a JPY 10,000 hotel credit
  • a special peninsula gift choice (a 16 piece box of chocolates, a pair of Peninsula Tokyo Teddy Bears, gift certificate for tea, certificate for lunch)

Personally, you are proably better off just taking the room upgrade and buying yourself the Teddy Bears at teh gift shop if you really want them.
